Your tasks
As a Project Manager CRE, you will:
- Manage and actively drive projects of various scopes – from compact individual measures such as the modernization of technical systems or the implementation of targeted fire protection measures, to large-scale, strategically relevant construction projects with high technical complexity, such as new building constructions or the conversion of entire floors for high-tech production.
- Plan and implement the construction and conversion of cleanrooms.
- Ensure smooth project execution by coordinating external service providers and working closely with internal departments.
- Be responsible for resource management and the scope of construction projects.
- Execute technically complex, multidisciplinary projects in accordance with the internal Building Generation Process (BGP) of the CRE department.
Your qualifications
- You have a degree in (technical) business administration, architecture, construction management, engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- You bring several years of relevant project management experience in construction, renovation, and modernization of industrial or manufacturing facilities – ideally within a technical industry in the German market.
- You are familiar with applicable quality standards and legal regulations.
- You have a comprehensive understanding of technical drawings and architectural concepts and are confident in applying them in project practice.
- You are proficient in MS Project or comparable planning tools.
- You speak German and English fluently, with strong negotiation skills in both languages.
