Senior Recruiter, part-time (30 hours/week)

In your "Supporting functions" role you might not come into direct contact with our products, but with your expertise you will contribute significantly to the smooth functioning of our company. Only with colleagues from our structured, efficient and supportive departments, such as HR, Accounting, Controlling, IT and Communications, will it be possible for us to grow beyond ourselves and achieve our targets as a company.

Your duties

Owing to its integration into the parent company, the Talent Acquisition (TA) team is undergoing a transformation. This means that we are responsible for ensuring the growth of our location besides the implementation of strategic topics and projects.  

As a "Senior Recruiter", you will:  

  • Contribute to progress in the TA team and play a leading role in human resources.
  • Be the main contact person for talent acquisition and personnel selection for a specific ASML department and be responsible for the end-to-end process and further develop the same.
  • Introduce recruitment plans and make presentations to the management team of your department, derive recommendations for action from them, and implement those recommendations.
  • Coordinate extensive processes and projects, working with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coach and guide managers and colleagues with your expertise.
  • Represent ASML at trade fairs and conferences to acquire potential candidates.

Your qualifications

  • You hold a university degree in economics with a focus on human resources or an equivalent qualification.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in handling complete recruitment processes in a highly dynamic and complex (international) environment, preferably in a technical sector.
  • You are fluent in business German and English.

  • You have strong social skills and enjoy working in a team.
  • You have a "hands-on mentality"
  • You have excellent communication skills with outstanding stakeholder management.
  • You have an independent, structured and analytical way of working with a high level of personal responsibility.
  • You have the ability to adapt quickly to different situations and people (including at management level).
